Strategic Technical Services Manager - Closing date - Thursday 25th July 2019

Semta is embarking on an exciting whole organisation transformation - could you be a key part of our future? This is a strategic role reporting to the Head of Commercial and the post holder will be responsible for all aspects of technical delivery of Semta activities, in national and international markets, relating to National Occupational Standards, Apprenticeship Standards and Frameworks ensuring employer and stakeholder requirements are reflected at all times and any contractual obligations are met. This role will require effective external employer and stakeholder management across the Semta Group to support the efficient allocation and monitoring of technical resource for current and future UK/international projects. This role will also engage with key government agencies and project partners to build trusted relationships for new customer acquisition and income growth.

Head of Digital Design and User Experience - Closing date - Friday 26th July 2019

Semta is embarking on an exciting whole organisation transformation - could you be a key part of our future? Reporting into the Chief Technology Officer the role us a new role and is a member of our key senior leadership team in a newly establish IT & Design team. The IT and Digital function is responsible for driving positive organisational performance and commercial growth through the use of information technology, the design of new digital products and services, identifying innovation opportunities and aggregating and exploiting the use of data and enabling commercial growth and delighted customers and staff. The Head of Digital Design and UX is responsible for the design of digital products and offerings to enhance Semta's reputation and grow commercial business, working with internal business stakeholders and customers to provide digital solutions to customer and market need. The role requires you to combine your creativity and technical skills to plan the outline, structure and visualisation of a portfolio of digital products and see them through to delivery.

EPA Operations Manager - Closing date - Friday 26th July 2019

Semta is embarking on an exciting whole organisation transformation - could you be a key part of our future? Reporting to the Head of End Point Assessment as part of the management team within the function and acting as Deputy in their absence you will drive the delivery of quality services and standards throughout the function with responsibility for leading the IQA/Assessor and customer coordination functions to deliver a fit for purpose EPA service in line with quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of EPA sessions across all Approved Apprenticeship Standards offered as part of our services and will ensure that the people management policies are adhered to in line with Apprenticeship Standards and Assessment Plans ensuring operational compliance with the regulatory requirements.
